BSX Cancels Listing of American Pegasus SPC
Hamilton, Bermuda – 27 October, 2011 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the cancellation of listing, from the BSX, of American Pegasus SPC – Perpetual Income Fund Segregated Portfolio (the “Company”; Ticker: APAPPIN.KY).
The BSX has, effective immediately, cancelled the listing of Company. The Listing cancellation was effected under the BSX Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.24(1) & (4), for non-payment of listing fees; failure to submit financial reports; failure to appoint a replacement Listing Sponsor.
