LOM (Holdings) Limited – Market Announcement

Hamilton, Bermuda – 15 December, 2011 - In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), LOM (Holdings) Limited (the “Company” or “LOM”; Ticker: LOM.BH) today announced the deferral of the Company’s dividend payment. A statement read:

 

“At a meeting of the Board of Directors of LOM (Holdings) Limited held 6th December 2011, the Directors resolved that payment of a dividend be deferred until a future meeting of the Board.”
