Jupiter Hyde Park Hedge Fund Limited Announces Reorganisation
Hamilton, Bermuda: 15 December 2011 - The board of Directors of Jupiter Hyde Park Hedge Fund Limited (the "Fund")wish to announce that reorganisation proposals for the Fund are expected to be submitted to it by Jupiter Asset Management (Bermuda) Limited. In the circumstances, the Board has resolved to close the Fund to further subscriptions with the last trade date for subscriptions being 1 December 2011. Redemption terms are unaffected by this decision. A further announcement will be made in due course.
