BSX Approves Listing of Claremont International Property Fund Limited
Hamilton, Bermuda: 06 March 2012 – The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of the Claremont International Property Fund Limited (the “Company”,“the Fund”) under Section IV of the BSX Regulations governing Collective Investment Vehicles.
Claremont International Property Fund Limited is a close ended company incorporated with limited liability by shares under the laws of the Island of Guernsey. As such the collective investment scheme comes under the Registered Collective Investment Scheme Rules of 2008 issued by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
The Fund Investment Objective is to acquire assets in the European property market, with particular focus on the United Kingdom and Germany.
Appleby Securities (Bermuda) Ltd sponsored the listing of the Claremont International Property Fund Limited and has also been appointed ongoing listing sponsor.
