BSX Approves Listing of Ignition Brazil Fund #3 Limited

Hamilton, Bermuda: 16 March 2012 – The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of the Ignition Brazil Fund #3 Limited (the "Company", "the Fund") under Section IV of the BSX Regulations governing Collective Investment Vehicles. The listing consists of 1,158,292.62 Issued Class A Preference Shares and 648,815.45 Issued Class B Preference Shares of no par value each, denominated in GBP Sterling offered under a Placing. During the placing, applicants applied for Preference Shares at the Subscription Price of £1.00 per share with a minimum application per applicant of £10,000.

The Ignition Brazil Fund #3 Limited was incorporated as a close ended company with limited liability by shares under the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands, on 27 January 2011; registration number 107405, and is registered as an unregulated exchange traded fund established in accordance with article 2(2) of The Unregulated Funds Order of Jersey.

The Fund’s aim is to provide investors with an opportunity to gain access to Brazilian land and development in the social housing market. The Fund will invest in Brazil through the Fund’s SPV and Development SPV’s if the Directors consider it appropriate to do so for fiscal, regulatory or other reasons. Prior to investing in land, assets of the Fund will be held in cash or near cash in Pounds Sterling, US Dollars, Euros, or Reals.

Appleby Securities (Bermuda) Ltd sponsored the listing of the Ignition Brazil Fund #3 Limited and has also been appointed ongoing listing sponsor.
