Jupiter Hyde Park Hedge Fund Limited Advises of Intention To Delist
Hamilton, Bermuda: 16 March 2012 - Jupiter Hyde Park Hedge Fund Limited (the “Fund”)has advised the BSX that pursuant to a circular issued to shareholders on 15 February 2012, and to the holding of a Special General Meeting of the Fund on 16 March 2012, the board of directors of the Fund wish to advise that the resolution proposed to wind-up and reconstruct the Fund was approved by shareholders. Consequently an application to de-list the Fund will be submitted by the Fund to the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
