West Hamilton Holdings Ltd – Directorate Changes

Hamilton, Bermuda – 31 May, 2012 – West Hamilton Holdings Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: WHHL.BH) today announced that Mr. David A.J.G. White and Mr Reid T. Young have retired as Directors following the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on 30 May 2012.

The Board expresses its sincere appreciation for the distinguished service provided by both Mr. White during his 30 years on the board as well as Mr. Young’s 16 years service as a director. Mr. White led the Company successfully through the transition of its operations from a bread making business to a property and investment company.

The Company also announces that following the AGM, Mr. J. Michael Collier, JP was appointed as Chairman of the Company by the Board of Directors. In his role as Chairman, Mr. Collier looks forward to working closely with WHHL’s Board and management team to continue to implement the company’s long term strategic objectives.

Mr. Collier, who retired as President and CEO of Butterfield Bank in 1996, is a career banker. He currently serves as the Chairman of The Ascendant Group of Companies, Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited and several other international companies.

The Company is also pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has also appointed Mr. Duncan Saville, a chartered accountant and director of ICM Limited, to serve as a director of the Company.

West Hamilton Holdings Limited - the primary assets of the Company consist of real property at 69 and 71 Pitts Bay Road and it remains the intention to develop this property by construction of four new buildings yielding 113,000 square feet of office space, 40,000 square feet of residential accommodation and underground parking for 181 cars.
