FMG Russia Fund Ltd – Market Announcement
Hamilton, Bermuda - 08 June, 2012 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), the Directors of the FMG Russia Fund Ltd. (the “Fund”), announced the suspension of the determination of NAV’s, issue and redemption of shares as at 01 May, 2012.
The Fund has exercised its powers as set out in the prospectus as detailed in a letter to investors dated 01 May, 2012, for both the ‘A’ (Ticker: FMGRUSA.BH) and ‘B’ (Ticker: FMGRUSB.BH) classes of shares.
