Firebird Funds – Directorate Changes
Hamilton, Bermuda – 14 June, 2012 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) the Firebird Funds announced changes to their Boards of Directors, effective from 01 May, 2012.
The Funds, consisting of Firebird Avrora Fund Ltd.; Firebird Republics Fund Ltd.; Firebird New Russia Fund Ltd.; Firebird Global Fund Ltd.; and Firebird Global II Fund Ltd., accepted the resignation of Mr. Peter Anderson as Director.
Ms. Leanne Golding has accepted an approved appointment as replacement Director on all the Funds.
