Lancashire Holdings Ltd – Notice of Directorate Change
Hamilton, Bermuda – 22 June, 2012 – Lancashire Holdings Limited (“Lancashire” or “the Company”; Ticker: LHL BH) today announces that the date on which Neil McConachie, President of the Company and executive member of the Board of Directors, will relinquish his executive role has been brought forward by mutual agreement to 30 June, 2012, from 1 January, 2013. Mr. McConachie will continue as a Director of the Board in a non-executive capacity from 30 June, 2012.

“Sadly the lure of the farm has grown too great for us to keep Neil to his reduced executive role. Although Neil is giving up his executive responsibilities earlier than was announced in February, we will continue to benefit from his knowledge and commitment as a non-executive.
