Zeno Capital Limited’s BSX Listing Reclassified.
Hamilton, Bermuda: 6 July, 2012 – Following consultation between Zeno Capital Limited (the Company) and the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX), the Listing Committee of the BSX granted a request by the Company that its listing be reclassified from that of Collective Investment Vehicle to that of International Issuer – Equity Securities and that investment in the Company’s securities be restricted to Qualified Investors.
The reclassification is effective 6 July, 2012.
