Butterfield Funds – Directorate Changes
Hamilton, Bermuda – 26 July, 2012 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), the Butterfield Bermuda Fund and Butterfield US$ Bond Fund advised of changes to their Board of Directors. Namely:
- Effective 15 May, 2012, Mrs. Sheila Brown resigned as Director of the Butterfield Bermuda Fund (Tickers: BUTBERI.BH; & class ‘B’ – BUTBERB.BH), and Mr. Shane English was appointed as Director effective that same date; also,
- Effective 11 November, 2011, Mr. David Stewart resigned as Director of the Butterfield US$ Bond Fund (Tickers: class ‘A’ – BUTUSBI.BH; & class ‘B’ – BUTUSBB.BH), and Mr. Nigel Garrard was appointed as Director effective that same date.
