Premier International Limited Makes Announcement As To Suspension Of Trading
Hamilton, Bermuda 09 August 2012 – “Premier International Limited would like to announce that it has been suspended from trading on the BSX Mezzanine, for the following actions to be undertaken:
To bring all filings up to date. To make changes to the Board of Directors and to appoint a new Sponsoring Broker.
The BSX has given Premier until the 30th September 2012 to complete all these requirements.
Premier International Limited is confident to have all matters completed before this deadline when we hope for the possibility of trading to resume”
