Hamilton, Bermuda: 13 August, 2012 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange announces that pursuant to the conversion today of the Class C Shares of the CATCo Reinsurance Opportunities Fund into Ordinary Shares of the CATCo Reinsurance Opportunities Fund the Class C Shares have been delisted from the Exchange effective today, Monday, 13 August, 2012.
