BSX Update on Listing of Primary Capital Limited

Hamilton, Bermuda:  13 August, 2012 – The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announced on 13 August, 2012 the approval of the listing of 41,000,000 Common Shares of Primary Capital Limited (the Company) under the Exchange’s Restricted Marketing provisions for Qualified Investors and Section IIIA of the BSX Listing Regulations pertaining to International Issuers of Equity Securities. The listing was effective as of 8 August, 2012.

Primary Capital Limited was established as a Bermuda exempted company under registration number 46643. The Company is a finance company that helps companies’ access capital to execute their business plans and achieve their financial goals. With an overriding commitment of building shareholder value, Primary Capital continuously evaluates opportunities through Finance Transactions ranging between $10,000,000 and $250,000,000 per transaction.
