Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd – Market Announcement

Hamilton, Bermuda - 31 August, 2012 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) the Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited (“BCB” or the “Bank”; Ticker: BCB.BH) announced the cancellation of all issued Treasury shares.

 

At a meeting of the Directors of the Bank held on 30 August, 2012, all 49,369 issued Treasury shares were cancelled by approved resolution. There are currently no issued Treasury shares of the Bank.
