LOM (Holdings) Limited Appoint New Auditors

Hamilton, Bermuda – 30 August, 2012 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) dated 29 August, 2012, LOM (Holdings) Limited (“the Company” or “LOM”; Ticker: LOM.BH) announced the appointment of Deloitte & Touche as auditors.

 

At the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 19th July, 2012, Marcum Kleigman provided a resignation letter to LOM resigning as auditors. Deloitte & Touche were appointed as auditors in their place. 

 

Additionally, at said meeting, new bye-laws incorporating the amendments made to the Companies Act 1981 in December 2011 were adopted.
