BSX Market Announcement
Hamilton, Bermuda – 25 September, 2012 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) advises that, pending the merger, on 01 October, 2012, between Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited (“BCB”) and Bermuda National Limited (“BNL”), the BSX has suspended trading in BCB’s listed securities at the market close on Monday, 24 September, 2012, to allow settlement of all outstanding trades prior to the merger.
On Monday, 01 October, 2012, trading in BNL’s listed securities will commence and BCB’s securities will be delisted.
