Tianbao Holdings Ltd’s Listed Securities to be Publicly Traded

Hamilton, Bermuda – 28 November, 2012 – The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced it had granted the request of Tianbao Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”; Ticker: TBHL.BH) for a waiver from the Exchange’s Restricted Marketing provisions relating to Qualified Investors as allowed by Regulation 4.10 in Chapter 4 of Section IIIA of the BSX Listing Regulations.

Effective from the market open on Monday, 3 December, 2012 the Company’s BSX listed ordinary shares may be held by the general public and can be freely traded by the general public on the Exchange.
