Appleby Securities (Bermuda) Ltd Appointed As BSX Trading Member

Hamilton, Bermuda – 30 November, 2012 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) is pleased to announce that the Executive Committee of the BSX has approved Appleby Securities (Bermuda) Ltd.’s (“Appleby Securities”) application to change its membership status of the BSX from that of Listing Sponsor to Trading Member, effective 26 November, 2012.

In making the announcement, Greg Wojciechowski, BSX President & CEO stated, “We are delighted Appleby Securities continue to develop their relationship with the Bermuda Stock Exchange. We firmly believe that this continuing association will further strengthen and enhance our respective lines of business.”

Founded in 1998 by partners of the global law firm Appleby, Appleby Securities (previously known as Reid Listing Services) provides a comprehensive range of listing sponsor services to international issuers seeking primary or secondary listings on the BSX.
