Hamilton, Bermuda – 07 March, 2013 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: DFIBD.BH) has announced changes to the Company’s Board of Directors.
The Company wishes to advise that, effective 15 May, 2013, Mr. Simon Keswick is to step down as Chairman of the Company and will continue as a non-executive Director.
He will be replaced as Chairman by Mr. Ben Keswick.
