Change of Listing Sponsor
The Directors wish to announce the change of the Issuer’s Listing Sponsor from Butterfield Securities (Bermuda) Limited to Appleby Securities (Bermuda) Limited with effect from 23 January 2013.
Change of Administrator
The Directors wish to announce the retirement of Butterfield Fulcrum Group (Bermuda) Limited, and the appointment of Abacus Financial Services Limited, as new Administrator to the Fund. The appointment of Abacus Financial Services Limited is effective from 23 January 2013.
