Argus Group – Directorate Appointment

Hamilton, Bermuda – 25 February, 2013 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, dated 22 February, 2013, Argus Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: AGH.BH) announced the appointment of Mr. Paul C. Wollmann as a Director of the Company.

 

The appointment of Mr. Wollmann was effective from 11 February, 2013, to fill a casual vacancy on the Board and to serve until the next annual general meeting.
