Zeno Capital Limited – Change of Registrar and Transfer Agent
Hamilton, Bermuda – 01 March, 2013 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Zeno Capital Limited (“The Company”) gave notice of the intended change of the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent.
The board of directors of Company convened an extraordinary meeting on Thursday, 28 February, 2013, and resolved that:
1. The 93 securities of our inaugural 2% Bond that were not subscribed to be cancelled with immediate effect; and that,
2. ISIS Fund Services Limited is appointed as the Registrar and Transfer Agent for the company’s inaugural 2% bond from the 1st of April 2013. Totalserve Trust Company BVI will continue to act as the Registrar and Transfer Agent until the 1st of April for the 2% bond but will thereafter transfer the official register and other relevant documents and responsibilities to ISIS Fund Services in Bermuda.
