Hamilton, Bermuda – 08 March, 2013 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) iO Adria Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: IAL.BH) released details of transactions in the Company’s own shares.
On 18 February 2013, the Company received notification that William Crewdson, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, purchased 2,525,131 ordinary shares in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) in a private off market transaction.
Mr. Crewdson’s resultant holding in the Company is 13,525,131 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 7.37% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
