Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 26 March, 2013 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited (the "Company" or “WIHL”; Ticker: WIHL.BH) announces that it acquired 105,769 ordinary shares in the Company at $1.15 pence per share on 22 March, 2013.
The Company’s holding in treasury shares following this acquisition amounts to 105,769 ordinary shares. Following the transaction, the total number of the Company’s ordinary shares in issue less the treasury shares held is 99,902,095 ordinary shares.
