HAMILTON, BERMUDA: 03April 2013 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange announces the admission of the following securities to its Official List:

 

·       Name of Issuer: - BIAS Global Portfolios, SPC.

 

·       Description of Securities: - Non-voting, redeemable, participating shares designated into four (4) classes of shares each linked to a segregated portfolio (the “Segregated Portfolios”). There are four Segregated Portfolios, each of which is being listed separately, which are:

 

           BIAS Global Equities Fund – US$ Segregated Portfolio;

           BIAS Global Balanced Fund – US$ Segregated Portfolio;

           BIAS Global Dividend Income Fund – US$ Segregated Portfolio; and

           BIAS Short Duration Income Fund – US$ Segregated Portfolio.

 

·       Nominal amount of Securities: Up to 5,000,000 non-voting, redeemable, participating shares.

 

·       Listing Classification: - Section IV – Collective Investment Scheme.

 

·       Method of Listing: - Introduction and Continuous Offer.

 

·       Date of Admission to Listing: - 01 April 2013.
