iO Adria Limited - Directors Dealing in Securities
Hamilton, Bermuda - 11 April, 2013 - In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange, iO Adria Limited (the "Company"; Ticker: IAL.BH) report on dealings in Company shares by Directors. The filing reports that:
On 19 March 2013, iO Adria Limited (the “Company”) received notification that William Crewdson, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, purchased 2,777,777 ordinary shares in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) in a private off market transaction.
On 2 April 2013, the Company received notification that William Crewdson had sold 3,200,000 Ordinary Shares to Alex Penkul, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
On 3 April 2013, the Company received notification that William Crewdson had sold 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares to Garth Lorimer Turner, a non-executive director of the Company.
The sales to Mr. Penkul and Mr. Lorimer Turner were concluded at €0.04 per Ordinary Share.
Following the transactions set out above, the resultant legal and beneficial holdings in the Company are as follows:
