GHG Energy Corporation - Suspension Of BSX Trading
Hamilton, Bermuda – 15 April, 2013 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) today announced the immediate suspension of GHG Energy Corporation’s (Ticker: GHG.BH) common shares from trading on the BSX Mezzanine for failing to meet on-going obligations under the BSX Listing Regulations, Sec I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.24.
The BSX has given the Issuer until 30 April, 2013 to bring all filings up to date.
