Ithaca Universal Fund Ltd. - Suspension of BSX Trading
Hamilton, Bermuda – 11 March 2016 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) today announced the immediate suspension of Ithaca Universal Fund Ltd. shares from trading on the BSX for failing to meet on-going obligations under the BSX Listing Regulations, Sec I, Chapter 2, Regulations 2.24 and 2.35.
The BSX has given the Issuer until 31 March, 2016 to bring all filings up to date.
