BSX Approves Listing of the BIAS Global Portfolios, SPC

HAMILTON, BERMUDA – 18 April, 2013 - The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange ("BSX") announces the approval of the listing of the BIAS Global Portfolios, SPC (the “Fund”) effective from 1st April, 2013.

BIAS Global Portfolios, SPC was incorporated in the Cayman Islands as an open-ended mutual fund company and four classes of the family of funds, namely the US$ Segregated Portfolios of the BIAS Global Equities Fund; the BIAS Global Balanced Fund; the BIAS Global Dividend Income Fund; and the BIAS Short Duration Income Fund have been admitted for listing on the BSX. The Fund is offered and managed by Hamilton, Bermuda based Bermuda Investment Advisory Services Limited ("BIAS")

The purpose of the Fund is to provide investors with the opportunity to invest in one or more professionally managed Portfolios in order to achieve an optimum return from the capital invested. For this purpose, the Fund offers several Classes of Shares, each of which has a distinct investment objective.
