Hamilton, Bermuda – 30 April, 2013 – At a meeting of the Directors of Osiris Properties International Ltd. (the “Company”; Ticker: OPI.BH), held on 26 April, 2013, Ms. Sharon Ward resigned as a Director of the Company and Mr. David Brown and Mrs. Tiffany Purves were appointed Directors of the Company. The changes were approved and are effective, 26 April, 2013.
The Company has a primary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) and a secondary listing on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited (“AltX”).
