GHG Energy Corporation Delisted From the BSX
Hamilton, Bermuda – 01 May, 2013 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) today announced the immediate delisting of GHG Energy Corporation’s (Ticker: GHG.BH) common shares from the BSX Mezzanine for failing to meet on-going obligations under the BSX Listing Regulations, Sec I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.24, namely, failing to pay Annual Listing fees and file audited financial reports.
