Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund Limited – Results of SGM
Hamilton, Bermuda – 03 May, 2013 – Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund Limited (the "Company" or "BCGR") is pleased to announce that at the Special General Meeting of the Company held today, the special resolution seeking approval from Shareholders for the disapplication of pre-emption rights in connection with the Placing Programme was duly passed.
Votes were cast representing a total of 81,470,000 ordinary shares of the Company, which in turn represents 81.4 per cent. of the total number of votes capable of being cast at the meeting, of which 100 per cent. were voted in favour of the resolution.
