Butterfield Bank – Directorate Changes
Hamilton, Bermuda – 03 May 2013 - The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited (“the Bank”; Ticker: NTB.BH) today announced that all persons nominated were duly elected as Directors by votes from the requisite majority of Shareholders’ at the Bank’s 109th Annual General Meeting held on 1 May, 2013.
This resulted in the addition of Wendall Brown to the Board as a newly elected Director who will hold office until the 2014 Annual General Meeting.
Sheila Lines and Pauline Richards did not stand for re-election as Directors and thus retired from the Board effective 1 May, 2013.
