Hamilton, Bermuda – 15 May, 2013 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange, the Ignition Brazil #1 Mutual Fund Ltd - Class A Preference Shares (the “Fund”; ISIN: BMG478691055), announced a change in the composition of the Fund’s Board of Directors.
The Fund, is a closed-ended mutual fund company incorporated in Bermuda on 10 April 2012 with registration number 46429. Effective 10 May, 2013:
1. Alison Dyer-Fagundo resigned as Director;
2. Mr. Arthur Chappel Price was appointed as Director.
