Hamilton, Bermuda – 18 October, 2013 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), submitted 16 August, 2013, Osiris Properties International Ltd. (the “Company” or “Osiris”; Ticker: OPI.BH), announced the results of the private placement.
The filing stated:
RESULTS OF THE PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF OSIRIS PROPERTIES SHARES AND LISTING ON THE ALTERNATIVE EXCHANGE OF THE JSE LIMITED
Invited investors are referred to the company’s pre-listing statement issued on 13 August 2012 (“the pre-listing statement”) and to the announcement released on SENS on 13 August 2012, which included the company’s abridged pre-listing statement, detailing the offer by way of a private placement (“the private placement”) of Osiris Properties shares and the subsequent listing of Osiris Properties on the Alternative Exchange (“AltX”) of the JSE Limited.
Osiris Properties has successfully raised an aggregate amount of R938 184 through the private placement as further detailed below.
Osiris Properties placed 72 168 of its shares with invited investors under the private placement at R13.00 per share.
Accordingly Osiris Properties shares will be listed on the AltX with effect from the commencement of trade on the JSE on Monday, 20 August 2012. Osiris Properties shares will trade under the abbreviated name: “Osiris”, JSE share code: “OPI” and ISIN code: BMG6786C1038.
