Butterfield Amends Preference Share Buy-back Programme

Hamilton, Bermuda – 27 June, 2013 – The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited (the “Bank” or ; Ticker: NTB.BH) today announced that it has today amended its Buy-back Programme for Preference Shares, increasing the maximum number of Preference Shares to be repurchased from 5,000 to 15,000. The current Programme was approved by the Board on 30 April 2013 and previously amended on 4 June 2013. 

 

Butterfield has a primary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, on which its Common Shares and Preference Shares trade actively.
