Renaissance Pre-IPO Fund – Reconvened EGM Notice

Hamilton, Bermuda – 28 June, 2013 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, dated 27 June, 2013, Renaissance Pre-IPO Fund (the “Fund”; Ticker: PREIPO1.KY) advised of the reconvening of the extraordinary general meeting scheduled for 25 June, 2013. The complete notice has also been circulated to shareholders of record.

Reconvened Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Renaissance Pre-IPO Fund

Please note that it has been decided to reconvene the extraordinary general meeting of the Renaissance Pre-IPO Fund previously scheduled for 25 June 2013 for 9 July 2013 to consider a resolution to extend the Fund’s term until 31 December 2014.

While the Fund had received unanimous support, to date, for the matter to be presented to the EGM, it has been determined that due to the nature of certain shareholders’ holdings in the Fund that additional time for the return of proxies is necessary. The agenda from the previously scheduled meeting remains unchanged. Please find attached (i) a Circular to Shareholders and (ii) a Form of Proxy.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SHAREHOLDERS WHO PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED A FORM OF PROXY FOR THE MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 25 JUNE 2013 ARE KINDLY ASKED TO RESUBMIT THE ATTACHED FORM OF PROXY TO ENSURE PARTICIPATION AT THE EGM.
