LOM (Holdings) Limited – Share Repurchases

HAMILTON, Bermuda – 16 July, 2014 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, LOM (Holdings) Limited (the “Company"; Ticker: LOM.BH) announced that it purchased a total of 40,000 of its own shares for cancellation as follows:

 

-           July 2, 2014:  18,950 shares at a price of $2.25 per share; and

 

-           July 7, 2014:  21,050 shares at a price of $2.155 per share.

 

LOM is authorised to purchase shares from time to time in the open market, or privately negotiated transactions, or block trades.  The number of shares ultimately repurchased, and the timing of the purchases, will depend upon market conditions, share price, and other factors.  LOM currently has 6,059,370 shares of Common Stock outstanding.
