Hamilton, Bermuda: 27 August 2013 – Southern View Finance Ltd (SVF.BH) today issued the following announcement, “Shareholders are advised that, following a Member’s Resolution to such effect, the Company has increased its authorised share capital from US$500,020 to US$502,000 and has approved a subsequent amendment to its Bye-Laws to effect such increase. It is noted that no additional shares will be issued at this time.”
