HAMILTON, Bermuda – 30 September, 2013 - American Overseas Group Limited (“AOG” or the “Company”; Ticker: AORE.BH; Pink Sheets: AORE.PK) today reported changes to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective 01 October, 2013.
Following the resignation of Mr. David K. Steele as Director, the Company has appointed Ms. Rochelle P. Fyfe as Director, to serve until the next Annual General Meeting or until her successor is appointed or elected.
