The BSX Announces Change of Listing Status for Biomax Rubber Industries Ltd.
Hamilton, Bermuda: 07 October 2013 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“the BSX”) today announced that the Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange has granted Biomax Rubber Industries Ltd. (the “Company”), Symbol BIOX.BH, a waiver from marketing restrictions pursuant to regulation 4.10 of Section IIIA of the BSX Listing regulations, with effect from October 08, 2013. Consequently, the Company’s listed shares can be held by the general public and be freely traded by the general public on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
