Hamilton, Bermuda – 22 October, 2013 – RezGen 5, Limited (the "Company"; Ticker: REZG5.BH), a public company listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange ("BSX"), today announced changes to the Board of Directors and Executive Management.
At a Special General Meeting of the Shareholders held on August 30, 2013, the shareholders elected Walker Grant to the Board of Directors.
Effective October 4, 2013, Philip White tendered his resignation from his position as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directorsand as CEO of the Company.
