Bermuda Capital Company Limited and Mid Ocean World Investments Limited Announce Merger
Hamilton, Bermuda – 12 December, 2013 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Bermuda Capital Company Limited (Ticker: BCCBRCI.BH) gave notice of the merger with Mid Ocean World Investments Limited (Ticker: NCLMOWI.BH). The filing stated:
“At a Special General Meeting of both Bermuda Capital Company Limited (the “Surviving Company”) and Mid Ocean World Investments Limited held on Monday, 2nd December, 2013, the Shareholders approved the merger of the two companies. Mid Ocean World Investments Limited was merged into and with Bermuda Capital Company Limited which emerged as the Surviving Company.
Following the Shareholder Approval of the Merger all shareholders, assets and liabilities held by Mid Ocean World Investments were merged into Bermuda Capital Company Limited as the Surviving Company.”
