Hamilton, Bermuda – 16 December, 2013 – United Pharmaceuticals International, Ltd., (the “Company”; Ticker: UPI.BH) announced today that the Company appointed Gregory Scott International as its auditors effective November 5, 2013 in lieu of Diamond & Company, the former auditor’s.

The Company elected to appoint Gregory Scott International as it is based in the United States, where the Company has conducted substantially all of its business activities to date. The former auditor is based in Canada.

Gregory Scott International has completed the audit of the Company’s first acquisition target, Gulf Coast Pharmaceuticals Plus, LLC, a Mississippi based pharmaceutical and medical supply distribution company.
