Hamilton, Bermuda – 19 December, 2013 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Solo Properties (Knightsbridge) Ltd. (the “Company”) advised of a change in ownership of the Company. The filing stated:
“Solo Properties (Knightsbridge) Ltd. Announces Change of Ownership
The Company announces that for operational reasons, Sonangol (HK) Limited has purchased the full shareholding of Solo Properties (Knightsbridge) Limited from Sonangol SA on the 1st May 2013.
It is to be noted that there will be no change in the ultimate controlling party of the Company.
The Solo Properties Knightsbridge Ltd. - GBP 100 Million Loan Note Due 2040 listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange is also transferred from Sonangol SA to Sonangol (HK) Limited.”
