At a Special General Meeting of the Shareholders of Biomax Rubber Industries Ltd (“Biomax”) held on 09 December, 2013, it was resolved to amend the Company’s Memorandum of Association so as to change the currency denomination of Biomax’s share capital from Euros to USD.”
