Hamilton, Bermuda – 23 January, 2014 – Somers Ltd. (the “Company”; Ticker: SOM.BH) advises that, following the scheduled expiry, on 31 December, 2013, the Somers Ltd. - Warrants (formerly Bermuda National Ltd. Ticker: BNLW.BH) have been delisted from the Bermuda Stock Exchange. The effective date of the delist is 23 January, 2014.
