Hamilton, Bermuda – 30 January, 2014 – Global Smart Capital Ltd. (the “Company”; Ticker: GSC.BH) announces that the Company’s name has changed from Global Smart Cities Ltd. to Global Smart Capital Ltd. with effect from 21 January 2014.
The decision to change the name is based on the Directors’ view that the business of Smart City Public Private Innovation Partnerships and Development involves a high level of capital sourcing and deployment for project finance, strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, asset management as well as urban planning advisory services, funding technology deployment and property development.
